Almond Tree Mini Storage, along with the adjoining RV storage, was the idea of a partnership of three long-time Chico residents who saw the need not only for storage of belongings and RV but for a facility above and beyond the normal in quality and service. Adjacent to the mini storage and RV storage, you will find a new RV park offering a quiet overnight stay with all of the modern amenities, such as a swimming pool, recreation room, cable TV, telephone, water, sewage, and electricity.

- Gate hours: 7 AM - 9 PM, seven days a week
- Office hours: 9 AM - 5 PM Monday to Saturday, 9 AM - 12 PM Sunday
- Each storage unit is individually alarmed
- We maintain a hard copy printout at the office of every entry and exit
